Tips for getting here

By Car

The church building is located adjacent to Gympie Road but the church car park can only be accessed from 12 Emerald Street.

If approaching from the North (i.e Traveling south along Gympie road) turn left from Gympie Road onto Sadlier Street. Take the first right onto Emerald Street. The church car park will be on your right just before Emerald Street dog legs to the left.

If approaching from the South (i.e Traveling north along Gympie road) turn right from Gympie Road onto Sadlier Street. Take the first right onto Emerald Street. The church car park will be on your right just before Emerald Street dog legs to the left.

If approaching from the west (i.e Traveling east along Stafford road) turn left from Stafford Road when it ends at Gympie Road. Turn right from Gympie Road onto Sadlier Street. Take the first right onto Emerald Street. The church car park will be on your right just before Emerald Street dog legs to the left.

In most cases if approaching from the east drive west as far as Gympie road then follow the instructions for approving along Gympie road from the north or the south as appropriate

By Bus

The Translink website provides up to date timetables and route maps for bus services in south east Queensland.

Brisbane North Church of Christ is best served by Route 370 which runs along Gympie Rd between the CBD and the Chermside Interchange.

Gympie Rd carries very large traffic volumes which make it unsafe to cross except at designated pedestrian crossings. Consequently, if arriving by bus from the South (i.e.traveling North) it is best to alight at Stop 25 (Stafford Rd) or Stop 28 (Cremorne St) and use the near by traffic light controlled pedestrian crossings to cross Gympie Road.

If arriving by bus from the North (i.e traveling South) it is best to alight at Stop 27 (Sadlier St) or Stop 26/24 (Leckie Rd). All of these bus stops are less than a 5 minute walk from the Church building.
